Shipping

We need 2-4 days to prepare an order for shipment. 

Our standard shipping time is 2 - 5 business days. We will do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We have two shipping upgrade options available at checkout: Fedex Overnight Express & Fedex 2-Day Express. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of this product, returns will not be accepted.

However, we will exchange any damaged or defective product upon 14 days of delivery.

Please reach out to us here for exchange requests. Please provide order number with your request.

We will cover return shipping.

Personalizing Client Gifts

Customization forms are availble on product pages.

Previews of your client gifts are available before purchase. Please select preview above 'add to cart" button.

Changes to presonaliztion will not be accepted after order is submitted. Please ensure personalization fields are submitted correctly before adding to cart.

If you are not sure what to add in your personlization field, we will include default text and images based in the location inputed. We will reach out with preview before processing. However, responses must be submitted within 24 hours.
